Covid- 19 Safety Protocols
All guests and staff must wear face masks. We ask all guests to provide their own face mask. Upon entering the salon, guests and staff will be greeted with a no contact thermometer for a temperature check and a small questionnaire for review.
Pierre Michel Salon is equipped medical grade HEPA filtration systems throughout the salon.
We ask that you call the front desk and they will advise the assistant of your arrival as we are forbidden from having a waiting area at this time. All guests and staff must maintain six foot distancing unless a staff member is providing a service for a guest. We will be using every other station.
Coat check is now available, all articles will be covered in plastic before being hung up.
It is advised magazines will not be available. Until further notice, Pierre Michel is prohibited from serving food or beverages. Guests must supply their own beverage.
Retail products shall be handled by staff only until purchased and bagged. Styling products available for guest use must be handled only by guests wearing sterile gloves.
For haircut appointments only, shampoos within the salon are optional. We are ready and willing to provide the calming service or shampoo at home prior to service, should that be the guests preferred calm. Guests can shampoo and dry hair at home and schedule an appointment for style. The Pierre Michel team has all products, tools and tricked needed for hairs polished finish.
Due to reduced capacity, punctuality is a must! Pierre Michel will not be able to provided services if the guest is 15 minutes late. there will be a cancellation fee for all missed appointments. All cancellation fees are void is a missed appointment is due to illness.
Guests will be required to entrust their credit card with the appointment coordinator if the service is scheduled after 5PM or before 8:30AM. It will not be charged until after the guest services are provided.
For easy exit, avoiding congestion and unnecessary exchange within the salon, it is advised while scheduling appointments to entrust your credit card with the appointment coordinator. Credit cards will not be charged until after guest services are provided or if you prefer that we collect it from you while you are receiving your service so you do not have to come to the desk.
